Our Plays
Prospero have a huge number of scripts that we have devised and commissioned over a period of 25 years. They have often been used by other companies, so we have added this to our service offering.
They are divided here into Adult, Primary and Secondary, but they are in fact fairly fluid – many have been written for youth groups that span ages 10-20.

Inclusive Practice
We train staff and students in drama schools, actors in theatre companies and staff in corporate organisations. The training is very much tailored to your needs and current knowledge and systems, but the outline below is a common structure.
Session Outline
We begin with an introduction to our work and approach, grounded in neuroscience, explaining what neuroscience is and why understanding how the brain works is important when supporting diverse learners in creative settings.
From there, we explore the principles of inclusive practice and how they intersect with safeguarding and EDI (Equity, Diversity and Inclusion), helping participants understand their responsibilities while fostering environments where all students can thrive.
We move to focus on neurodiversity—most commonly Autism (ASD), ADHD and PDA—offering insight into how these differences may present, while emphasising the strengths, perspectives and creative potential that neurodivergent members bring to the workplace.
We finish with practical strategies for establishing an inclusive creative practice, including tools and techniques that can be applied directly to your working environment and needs We will also explore common challenges that can arise and discuss constructive ways to respond to them.
The session concludes with a Q&A, giving participants the opportunity to reflect on their own practice and ask questions. By the end of the workshop, participants will leave with a clearer understanding of neurodiversity, greater confidence in supporting a wide range of needs, and practical strategies to create safer, more inclusive and creatively dynamic spaces.
